What is Avatar?

AVATAR, a technique that was developed by the U.S. American Harry Palmer, after a long, intensive research and self-tests is as ingenious as simple and effective. The global movement at home in 36 countries and has trained tens of thousands of avatars, neither sect nor religion nor ideology and requires absolutely no guru, and other accessories. End of AVATAR training

The first part lasts two days, is an orientation, and is called "resurfacing" which means re-emergence. This means that the consciousness of the students from rigid thought patterns and habits dissolves stubborn and clarity wins again.

You work in groups and captures a playful new perspectives on old problems. However, these group processes for individuals experiencing a very individual, they bring their deepest and most fundamental pattern to emerge.

Parts II and III take seven days to deepen this process and teach valuable techniques that allow the participants of your old, pain and permanently break the pattern ready to implement new desirable prospects. Gradually, we realize that we create our own reality with all the trimmings: our feelings, our problems and happiness.

At the end of the nine-day program with happy smiling faces are glowing eyes freshly baked avatars. People have learned to take their lives actively in their own hands and to make yourself happy.

Happy in the sense of growing, authentic, fulfilled, present, free and aware of itself absolutely. And this is much more than just a momentary and short-term happiness depends on external circumstances and at any time may be past.
