The term "ergonomics" is a coined word from the Greek ergon Wrtern "(work) and" nomos "(teaching, law). Ergonomics is the science of human work and deals with the optimal adaptation of the work on the properties and Fhigkeiten of working people. Objectives of ergonomics are the Humanitt (including design of Arbeitspltzen on the needs of man, Use of the working people to krperlicher and mental fitness, optimal training and education of working people), sound (including workflow optimization, optimal adjustment of resources to the tasks) and work safety.
