Terlusollogie ® - the science of in-and out-breath-type

Terlusollogie ® is the doctrine of a consciously lived polarity on earth. Two existing mutual influences on the biota of the Earth (Terra) form the basis of this polarity. It is caused by the position of the moon (Luna) and the sun (sol) in relation to the earth. Just as the moon and the sun can be from Earth once again perceived as equal in the sky, they form a fundamental polarity in human beings. This polarity is scientifically proven experience in many fields. The basis of these observations is the polarity of breathing. The outer astronomical constellation at birth (among other internal and external conditions) causes a life-lasting impression in the respiratory center in the brain. A distinction is made between the active and the active Einatemtyp breath-type.

Terlusollogie ® & Breathing Exercise Program
