What is Brain Gym ®

Faster learning through specific exercises for better cooperation between the two hemispheres.

This kinesiological method was developed by Dr. Paul Dennison. Dennison was a teacher. For special education, applied kinesiology, and brain research, he developed this holistic approach to improve the ability to learn.

Learning difficulties are caused by imperfect integration of brain functions. The perception of the senses and their transmission and processing in the brain is not organized properly.

What causes Brain Gym ®?
