The Christian Meditation teaches the ability to connect with God in a relationship. This is done by rethinking the saving acts of God, by speaking, singing, still sinking. The meditation can take place alone in quiet personal prayer or in the community. A form of meditation in the early monastic done by constant repetition of prayers and breath control, by focusing on the truths of faith, prayer and psalms of Scripture texts. It does not depend on an understanding of individual words, but on the attitude of devotion, the willingness to trust (eg rosary).
The meditator comes to a new view of his representational and reflection. By immersion in Jesus is to follow in his teaching, his fraternity and his message. For individuals (Teresa von Avila) it comes to mystical experiences. Including Christianity understands the experience of unity with God through Christ. This reveals the different Christian: a personal union of God and man, between creator and creature, without giving up their own person, and without loss of identity.

In recent years, Christians have the Zen Master certifies attainment of enlightenment. Christians, Buddhists see as the opportunity to integrate Zen without losing their religious identity. Such integration seems possible as long as the Enlightenment on the one hand is the openness, emptiness and self-renunciation, which - free of images and ideas - is the extreme to which human capital "ecstatic" is capable, on the other hand, the man in the act of leaving have not once in a subtle way of those looking for ways to - Christian said - only God is to admit. In other words, the truly enlightened will present his own authority as a self-enlightenment, not salvation.
Each meditation is on the end-Comprehensive, Final, Not-to-comprehended aligned to face the only man, about which he may have not. The question becomes more acute when it comes to deciding whether or not the man notifying ultimate reality is personal responsive or, - as well in the meditative forms of Zen Buddhism - not only unpronounceable, but unresponsive, nameless and impersonal remains. The Christian stands in the peculiar situation that he and his belief in Jesus of Nazareth sees his own meditative experience sharing in the experience of God Jesus.
