What is Core Energetics?

Energetic core (of English. Core = core, heart, soul, inner self) is based on the life energy of the body holistic therapeutic work based on roots of bioenergetics. This therapeutic work is about the body captured emotions (chronic stress) to perceive and express. This allows us to reassess our energy from our center (core) and a new zest for life.

Because of negative experiences in childhood and youth, our energy flows through guilt, shame and fear of physical, such as blocked on the spiritual plane. This process shaped our energy field, consciousness and influenced the design of our bodies.

Each man is good by nature and has a loving heart, which protects him or her to pain and disappointment - without exception. Such a tank is made of a layer of negative feelings that we use, consciously or unconsciously, almost as a reflex to protect his heart.
