What is Craniosacral Healing ®?

Craniosacral Healing ® is an intense body and energy work.

It deals with the fluctuation of the system brain and spinal fluid, which is located in the innermost core of our body. Enveloped by the membrane system of the dura mater, which extends from the skull (cranium) to the sacrum (sacrum), this liquid weighs gently and rhythmically the surrounding membranes and bones.

The craniosacral system is the first manifesting physiological system of the embryo in the womb and it is the last system that stops the process of dying to work (up to several hours after cardiac arrest). This is already an indication of its central importance.

Craniosacral Healing ® combines sophisticated, anatomically-science-based bodywork, energy work and intuitive therapeutic accompanying internal processes. It is a powerful medium for personal growth and general self-healing and also a highly effective cure for a number of specific problems such as: headaches and back pain of various origins, stress and its sequelae, psychosomatic disorders, tinnitus, temporomandibular joint disorders, conditions after injuries and surgery, trauma, hyperkinesis and learning disabilities in children, depression and many others.

What causes Craniosacral Healing ®?

The craniosacral rhythm is the link between mind and matter and is of immense importance to our well-being and our health. Is the "breath of life" handicapped in its free expression, can occur a variety of ailments and diseases. With the ability to sense the subtle craniosacral rhythm can be detected and resolved by such obstacles accurate and thorough work on the skull bones, membranes and connective tissue.

We then speak on a deeper level of consciousness with symptoms or with the client's internal resources such as his "inner healer" or the "inner champion." This linguistic tools of NLP and hypnotherapy can be used. In this way we are in direct contact with the events and psychosomatic healing. All the answers lie in the client itself is our job as therapists is to the client as to get in touch with himself and his inner resources that he can heal itself from within.

This applies both to work with language as well as for the silent body work in which we connect with the information contained in the brain and spinal cord fluid "breath of life" and work with him.
