Was ist „Breathing training”?
Breathing is the only body function that obeys both the voluntary and the autonomic nervous system; it is a key link between the consciousness and the subconscious mind. Proper breathing is the basic requirement for the proper functioning of the chakras and for the assimilation of food.
What is a breathing training?
A natural breathing (whole body breathing) improves the function of the body and promotes our emotional balance. With total exhalation we "empty" 70% of all waste products in the body.
Course of a breathing training
During the course of the training, the three breathing spaces - the lower space from the navel downwards, the middle space between the navel and diaphragm and the upper breathing space, which extends from the diaphragm to the head - are opened and armor gradually disintegrated.
