Beschreibung der Methode "Respiratory therapy, holistic, integrative"
Was ist „Respiratory therapy, holistic, integrative”?
Integrative Deep breathing is based both on recent developments in humanistic and transpersonal psychology, as well as age-old traditions of mysticism and of dealing with the breath in Eastern cultures. In integrative breath therapy is the breath used to gain easy way to an entrance into the deeper layers of soul and spirit, and refused to feelings and unknown facets, loving to integrate into their own wholeness.
When an integrated breathing and exhalation are connected to a breathing circuit with each other. When inhaled, the lungs fill, expand, so that most of the chest and heart area filled with breath and a feeling of inner space. The exhalation is deep into the pelvic area. This is the place in our bodies, in the confidence and rootedness are noticeable.
Due to the powerful mix of inputs and out-breath - breathing in a relaxed rhythm - is the attention in the "here and now" channeled into the body. Excluded, rejected emotions and thoughts will be felt again. In an internal space of acceptance and respect can heal "old experience". The Associated Respiratory ultimately flows through the body and fills it with inner strength, so that the Breathing can relax in the current experience into it.
